Short and concrete: what data Harte Growth collects, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Harte Growth is responsible for the processing of your personal data submitted through this site (hartegrowth.eu). Questions? Use the contact form or reach us via WhatsApp.
2. What data we collect
Via forms (contact, growth scan, tools)
- Name — to address you in our reply
- Email — to send the scan report or our answer
- Company name (optional) — to understand your site in context
- Website URL (growth scan) — the site we analyse
- Message (contact form) — what you write yourself
Via automated analytics (only with your consent)
- IP address (anonymised by Google Analytics)
- Browser, device and screen size
- Pages you visit and how you move through the site (Microsoft Clarity)
- Clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links
Decline the cookie banner and none of the second block is collected. Analytics and Clarity scripts are not even loaded.
3. Why we process this data
- Form data — to answer your request or send your scan report. Legal basis: performance of your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Analytics data — to understand which pages work, where visitors get stuck and how to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
Only the tools we need to run the site. Each of these is a processor with a data-processing agreement (or their standard DPA).

We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. No advertising cookies.
5. Retention
- Form data: up to 24 months after your last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Scan results: 12 months, then anonymised for our own analysis.
- Analytics data: standard Google retention of 14 months.
- Clarity session recordings: standard 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold on you
- Correct or complete that data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent (always possible via the )

7. Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted to our Netlify functions. Access to collected data is limited to those directly working with it.
8. Changes
We may update this statement when the law, our tools or our practice change. The last-updated date is at the top. Material changes are announced on the site.
